Jackson's Way “Hi, I’m Chris John Jackson, international life coach, and I want to tell YOU about my sensational approach to love, life and finance. I call it Jackson’s Way, a simple, workable method of making the equation ‘love/money + property x mood = Gravy Train’ work on your terms and at your pace. I’m here to help YOU, and I want you to have a piece of my Way.”
Part theatre, part comedy, Jackson’s Way is a modern day parody of American motivational speakers and a satire on the world of self help and corporate jargon. Join Chris John Jackson for perhaps the most surreal hour you are likely to spend in a theatre.
Winner of the Perrier Award for Comedy 2004.

Dramaturg Kate McGrathA veritable wizard, a virtuoso of the transcendently absurd. Like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat, he spins a wacky world of increasingly bizarre nonsense out of thin air, creating an exquisitely idiosyncratic worldview that is as funny as it is wonderfully weird. Mr. Adamsdale is a master of resonant quirkiness, and his 75-minute riff is remarkable for both its sheer inventiveness and its perfect pitch.
The New York TimesThis show is more than comedy. It plays with your intellect as well as your sense of humour….Jackson’s Way is simply the best, funniest, cleverest miracle of make believe.
The ScotsmanThis show has you giggling and glued throughout.
Daily TelegraphThrillingly, inventively, hilariously odd….I entered a room agnostic and left it a froth mouthed convert.
The TimesIt's a satire on 21st century credulity. And it's the Fringe's most exciting new comedy act.
The GuardianA belly laugh of a gig.
Evening StandardHe is a lovely genius.
Audience memberFunniest thing ever seen. So original and imaginative. Excellent show!
