What we do and why

Sarah Wilson-White

I work in theatre because I believe live performance and creative experiences can make the world a better place to live. Prior to joining Fuel I worked as a Producer for Farnham Maltings, producing work nationally for Little Bulb Theatre, Victoria Melody, Up In Arms, and 'Jess and Joe Forever' in co-production with the Orange Tree Theatre.  Alongside Farnham Maltings I was Company Producer for Home Live Art and Associate Producer for Jammy Voo. Previously I was the Producer for Rhum and Clay, the Marketing Co-ordinator for touring initiative house, and in 2015 created digital touring resource tour-finder.org.
In addition to producing I am a visiting lecturer at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a Trustee of New Diorama Theatre in London.  I was attracted to Fuel because of the artists the team supports, and I knew I could learn from the ambitious producer-led model of practice established by Kate and Louise.
