Peter Arnold
Co-Artistic Director, Performer and Designer

Peter studied Visual Art at Goldsmith’s college, London. Peter’s own performance work includes: Home a one-man show at the Latchmere Theatre and Lion&Unicorn Theatre and Monochrome at Toynbee Theatre, London & Ifficial Art, Cologne; Escape Velocity at the Osmos Gallery, Berlin; Kind of English at Die Box Gallery, Berlin; Polishing the Act at Abattoir des Artistes, London & Restaurant Arguments as part of ‘Please Disturb Me,’ at The Great Eastern Hotel, London. Peter’s other performing includes: Timepiece, And… and Reflections by Gary Stevens at the V&A, MOMA, Oxford and Richard Salmon Gallery respectively; Quiet Please & Who Goes There by Jeremy Stockwell at the Tristan Bates Theatre; Measure for Measure directed by Emma Benson at The Young Vic and pubQuiz (TIME OUT CRITICS CHOICE) at BAC. Peter is also an Art Director for Film and TV.

Emma Benson
Co-Artistic Director, Director and Performer

Emma trained as a director/performer at Cambridge University and The Courtyard Theatre School. Directing includes: Brand by Ibsen at The Young Vic as part of the British Festival of Visual Theatre in conjunction with BAC; Measure for Measure by Shakespeare at The Young Vic; Nightschool by Pinter at The King’s Head, Spellbinding by Alison Davis at The Union Theatre and Ring of Roses, a devised chamber piece at The Wallace Collection. Performing includes: Snakes and Ladders a site specific performance by Station House Opera, London; And… by Gary Stevens at MOMA, Oxford; Quiet Please & Who Goes There by Jeremy Stockwell at The Tristan Bates Theatre and Restaurant Arguments as part of ‘Please Disturb Me,’ at The Great Eastern Hotel, London. Dramaturgy/writing includes: Beauty Sleeps at the Young Vic with Titania Krimpas; Intimacies at The Playroom, Cambridge and Size 12 at the Edinburgh fringe Festival and Cambridge New Writers Festival with Alison Davis. Intimacies and Size 12 were workshopped and given rehearsed readings at the Royal Court as part of their Young Writer’s Festival. Emma is also a Producer and Head of Development for Film at Granada TV. Recently she produced Cold Feet that won the BAFTA for Best Drama.

Melanie Wilson
Co-Artistic Director, Performer and Sound Designer

Melanie Wilson is a performer, devisor and sound designer. She trained at Central School of Speech and Drama. Recent performing and sound design includes: Shame (short film), Simple Girl a solo show as part of ROAR and Live 05 @ the Chelsea Theatre, Dead Man’s Biggest Fan @ BAC as part of OctoberFest, Carousel with Shams Theatre @ BAC as part of OctoberFest, Standing Wave @ The Tron Theatre, Glasgow: sound piece for accompanying music programme, A Puppet in the Works YPT show @ BAC, Futurology: The Black Country 2004 with Simon Poulter @ Walsall New Art Gallery, LabCulture sound residency @ People Show Studios, patter…a quiet meditation on magic @ Lion & Unicorn, BAC, This Way Up, Underbelly and international touring, Doublethink with Rotozaza @ The Arcola, Always with Mkultra @ Thanet House, Pubquiz, Critics Choice Season @ BAC, Special Guest Bastet-Min, a solo show @ The Latchmere & CPT, Coffee @ The Latchmere, Fairly Tales with The Black Sheep @ The Etcetera Theatre, Hide nor Hair, (short film) Straight8 film Festival, London.
