This is an opportunity to command one of the most senior and exciting leadership jobs in the cultural sector – leading an integrated approach to programming, marketing and audience development for one of the largest multi disciplinary venues in the UK.
You will have a strong track record in programming and producing work in venues and/or festivals; building and leading synergistic programming and market/audience development teams; a knowledge of international and national producing and touring; a record of success in innovative and entrepreneurial ways of working; experience of commissioning and co-producing work in the subsidised and commercial sectors and in developing new ways of working with artists.
You will be a core member of the Arts Centre’s Senior Strategic Team (alongside the Director and the Operations and Planning Director) and should be able to show both skills of leadership and of team working and strategic planning.
