Brian, a couple of thnigs here...First, thank you! You are one of the five people I spend most of my time with. I choose to have morning inspiration monday to friday and on those morning I watch a PN episode and read the corresponding note. That practice has had wonderful effects on my clarity and intentions and has allowed for amazing conversation starters with others. This comment is general in nature, but the whiteboard connected me to you in another profound way (I do this too, its awesome!). My crutch is sports illustrated/cnn website and I like the honoring that with a box, but consciously owning each time I go check scores.Second, I love what you are doing, very inspirational. I feel the ripple and I am proud to say I try to pass along the wisdom and information about the website every chance I get. Seeing your humanness, hearing about your paths' choices and challenges has been extremely empowering for me.Third, and here is the question, could you tell me more about what Holosync has done for you and why you recommend it? I am intrigued and have tried the demo CD, but do not have anyone else in my life currently practicing meditation using a CD. It is a bit pricey for me just to try it out without some more knowledge and insight from someone I "know."
