Vertical Exchange Performance Company are accepting responses to their call for Artists for Play with Me! Live Art Intervention. Play with Me! is a curated live art event that is designed to be a social intervention using Chat Roulette, on the 13th & 20th April 2012 between 9-11pm.

Their aim is to get as many practitioners and artists to log into the application and stage a series of performative games/installations.

The project is going to hijack the chat application, Chat Roulette for a couple of hours in order to attempt to make a connection to new audiences. Their hope is to use live art as a medium to generate chance meetings that engage and provoke in a playful way.

All you need to participate is a webcam. You can join in from anywhere that has the internet and there are two different approaches that participating artists can choose to take up; performative game structure or installation. For more information on how to join in visit their website.
