Cellorhythmics is a unique music ensemble that bursts the cello out of its classical confines. Gecko is a theatre company that ignites the stage with their gravity defying physicality. For this distinctive event these two groups of artists combine to create a Cellorhthymics concert like never before.
Imagine a blast of vibrant live music that combines blues, soul, progressive rock, jazz and 70’s pop. Then imagine the performers playing their instruments with dynamism and vitality infused by ‘physical theatre heroes’ (Time Out) Gecko. Mix it up and you’ll get a show that has the potential to raise the roof.
